I was first lent this book by my psychologist, when I spotted the title on his bookshelf and thought that any book called 'Full Catastrophe Living' would have to be the book for me! Turned out the book is an introduction to meditation, a form of meditation called "mindfulness" which is not related to any religion and is very easy to practice. As the author says, you can even do it while washing the dishes! Great book!
